Past Life Regression is valuable for clearing traumatic experiences from a prior lifetime which otherwise can hold us back from full realization in this life, and often cause actual distress. It has additional benefits as well, such as activating creativity or a valuable talent that was actively expressed before but has remained latent in this life.
Relation to Alchemical Hypnotherapy Benefits Sessions Facilitator Bio
Past Life Regression can be the sole subject of a hypnosis session or it can occur within the context of an alchemical hypnotherapy session. Such a session may include other experiences besides visiting a past-life, such as a regression to the past of this life, etheric plane communication, inner guide work, and/or conference room therapy. The methods frequently overlap -- for example, both EPC and Rescripting can occur in either this life or a past life; and Inner Guides can be contacted during any of the other techniques. Alchemical hypnotherapy's name stems from alchemy -- usually thought of as the science or art of transforming base metals into gold -- but the ancient alchemists were primarily concerned with transforming the human spirit (with the façade of "chemistry" serving to protect them from persecution), and contacting past lives was basic to their process. A key part of the process is loving, accepting, or making peace with things as they are (or as they were in the past life), thus freeing the energy of transformation.
The benefits of Past Life Regression include the following:
Clearing trauma. This is perhaps the most commonly-thought-of type of healing in past life regression. When trauma is encountered, options include running and changing, rescuing the past-life self (PLS) and bringing him/her forward to the present, or viewing the trauma and the life as a whole from the perspective of the Higher Self.
Dealing with overt acts (the past-life self as the perpetrator rather than the victim). Healing involves the PLS experiencing remorse (assisted by one of several methods as needed), either receiving the forgiveness of the victim(s) or performing an appropriate atonement, and obtaining forgiveness of the present-life self for the overt act(s).
Contacting creativity. Most of us have had a variety of talents and desirable attributes at different points in our many past lives. We can journey to one or more such lifetimes (with or without first naming a talent or attribute we would like to contact) and bring forward either the attribute itself or the PLS (who becomes in effect an Inner Guide).
Rewriting past-life contracts. Part of our karma involving another person may stem from a promise or agreement made in a past life with that person, such as "I'll never leave you". After contacting the lifetime where the contract originated, the past life therapist together with an Inner Guide of the client (usually the Higher Self) ascertains whether there exists any outstanding debt or obligation, if so performing an appropriate atonement, and then re-doing the contract in a way most supportive of the client's present needs.
Sessions in Past Life Regression are available by appointment ( (800-707-2785 or dpierce@pobox.com). A session can be specifically targeted to visiting a past-life, or the past-life experience can occur in the context of an Alchemical Hypnotherapy session.
